Vertium Asset Management was honoured to be awarded the Best Investment Manager in the Australian Equities Income category for the 2024 Money Magazine Best of the Best Awards. The winners were announced at a Sydney awards event on 6 December 2023.

Money Magazine's annual Best of the Best Awards recognises the leading financial product and service providers in Australia, designed to help Australians grow their personal wealth through the magazine's independent research and insights into the country's best-value providers.

Rainmaker Information, publisher of Money Magazine, has been reviewing investment managers for more than 20 years. The multi-phase process includes identifying factors such as monthly performance changes, market volatility, peer comparison, and highest returns per unit of risk. For the 2024 Best Investment Manager award, the review was conducted over short-, medium-, and long-term investment periods to 30 June 2023.

In addition to this award, in June 2023, Vertium Asset Management was also awarded the Financial Standard Leadership Award in the Australian Equities Income Focused category.

Jason Teh, Vertium Asset Management Chief Investment Officer noted “We are honoured to be recognised as the Best Investment Manager for the Australian Equities Income category by Money Magazine. The continued recognition of the Vertium Equity Income Fund across the industry is important as we continue to grow investors to help them achieve their financial goals.”

The Vertium Equity Income Fund was launched in April 2017 and aims to provide a higher level of income and lower volatility than the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index, with the potential for capital growth over the medium to long term.
